Learn How to Make Chicken Plov in Under 5 Minutes
Here's a video I put together for a class assignment on sequences. I ended up going with the most requested receipe my wife gets. It's very simple, enjoy!
Chicken Plov (Tovuk Palov)
Tovuk means chicken in Turkmen.
1 pound chicken, or two frying chickens cut into serving pieces
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium onions thinly sliced
4 carrots peeled and cut into thin strips
5 cups of water
salt and pepper, cumin, paprika
2 cups rice
1 head of garlic
1/2 cups of raisin
